An Arabic-Speaking AI Assistant for Construction Operations

The Challenge
Eng. Amir's construction projects generate a constant stream of invoices to match against bills of quantities, site photos that need review, and day-to-day questions from the field — all communicated in Arabic. Matching paperwork and answering questions by hand was slow and pulled attention away from running the project.
What We Built
We built a fully Arabic-language WhatsApp bot that reads and matches invoices against the project's Bill of Quantities automatically, analyzes site photos sent in by the team, and answers project questions instantly by referencing the project's own data. Midway through the build, we refactored the system into modular subflows with action-based routing to keep it maintainable as it grew, and migrated the entire infrastructure to a more reliable platform after a database issue, with zero data lost in the process.
